On Monday, May 10th, First Lady Dawn Gibbons visited John S. Park-Edison Elementary School to read to fourth and fifth grade students as part of the Scholastic Summer Challenge. This fourth-month global literacy program is a campaign which encourages children to read four or more books this summer. First Ladies and Gentlemen across the country as serving as “Reading Ambassadors.”
