2008-05-29---Jack-Harpster-Jack Harpster retired in 2002 after a 44-year career on the business management side of the newspaper industry. He wrote, edited, and published Las Vegas Perspective for two years following retirement, then began writing non-fiction books, primarily in the biography genre.

He currently has four books published, with two more contracted for publication in 2010.
